My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were nice with newly renovated features and plenty of beds, but the lack of sheets for the sofa beds, pillows, and towels was a disaster. The service, while exceptional for some, sadly was not consistent across the board and at times came off as rude and condescending. The location, facing the beach and among tall palm trees, was great, especially being very close to the Brazilian restaurant where we had the most delicious glazed pineapple. However, the dining experience fell short with very rarely being served even water and cold buffet dishes. Despite these challenges, the facilities were adequate for my needs.
